Jack of all trades

Maria Bartholdi is a real-life renaissance woman (all of the awesome stuff, none of the plague) thriving in a universe of her own creation. What kind of work does she do? Better to ask what she doesn't do, quite frankly, but here we are.

Bachelor of Arts

Theatre + Radio/TV/Film  - University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh

Maria has more than 20 years of experience in video and television production, both behind and in front of the camera. She's a 10-time Upper Midwest Regional Emmy® Award winner for her work as a producer, videographer and editor. She's best known for working as a one-man-band and her prowess in arts documentary. See her work here.

performance + writing

Maria can be seen performing on both stage and screen. Currently, she hosts esports tournaments for Wizards of the Coast, Channel Fireball and the Dreamhack tournament series. She's also an improviser with more than a decade of experience teaching and performing all over the country. She's a cast member of ComedySportz Twin Cities as well as The Bearded Company and regularly performs at Minneapolis' HUGE Theater.

Maria is the proud co-author of Endometriosis: the Musical, set to premiere in 2022.

Maria co-hosts the wildly succesful gaming podcast Good Luck High Five as well as its sister podcast The Upkeep. She's a producer and cast member of the hit new D&D podcast Break the Dice: the Improvised Campaign and runs a podcast studio and theater space in northeast Minneapolis.
